I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. The location was very convenient for our trip, walking distance from everything we needed. The service was fantastic, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, the distance of our room from the elevator made access more difficult for our handicapped party.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though cozy and quiet, felt a bit small for the price paid. The service was professional and accommodating, but the additional charge for parking right in front of the hotel was unexpected. The location was convenient with easy access to downtown Baton Rouge, but the ongoing street construction was a downside. The dining options were limited, especially with breakfast ending early, but the view of the Mississippi River was spectacular.
The hotel was cozy and comfortable, but the strong unpleasant odor in the rooms was quite off-putting. The staff, however, were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The dining options were limited, but the made-to-order items were a highlight.
